The project consisted of complete renovation of and additions to the old Jackalope building. Existing and new construction is comprised of metal building components and corrugated exterior walls and roofs. The existing building is used for brewing and canning operations while the additions house a tap room with kitchen, offices on the second floor and two levels of outdoor seating areas with views of the bosque and Rio Grande river and four custom bars. This is a design-build project with Snyder Construction self-performing concrete work and steel erection. ISHC and Mosher Enterprises were our design-build subcontractors for Mechanical-Plumbing and Electrical work.
